Delete your PreggieLover account
You can delete your PreggieLover account and the data linked to it at any time - in the app, or right here on this page. We are sorry to see you go. If you only need a break, you can simply turn off notifications instead.

- 1 Open the PreggieLover app and sign in.
- 2 Tap Profile (or Settings).
- 3 Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- 4 Check what will be deleted, enter your password (or a code we email you) and tap Delete my account.
Your account and data are deleted straight away, and you are signed out on every device.
No longer have that email?
If you can't receive email at the address you signed up with, write to us and ask for your account to be deleted. We may ask you to confirm a few details so that nobody else can delete your account.

- Your account and sign-in, your journey profiles (cycle, pregnancy and baby details), everything you logged (kicks, contractions, weight, blood pressure, symptoms, moods), medications, appointments, your care team, journals, checklists, saved prayers and promises, photos you uploaded, reminders and notifications are permanently deleted.
- Your community posts, comments and likes are deleted. Where other members replied to a post of yours, the post stays in their conversation shown as "Deleted member", with your words removed.
- Deletion cannot be undone. If you come back later, you will need to create a new account.
- We keep a short record that the deletion happened - the date and a one-way code made from your email address, never the address itself - so we can show we honoured your request. Some other limited records may be kept where the law or security requires it, as described in our privacy policy.
